Good site, theres a test on there to see there is the possibility that you have depression if your unsure if you have it or not. -very useful site, they have three methods of counselling:
*By chat
*By email (this was my prefered option because im shy and dont like talking on the phone to strangers about personal stuff like depression)
*By phone

Also Really good books, look for 'Bev Aisbett' books, all on controlling depression, anxiety, all mood problems basically, very useful.
